You Might Be Wondering "Who Is This Guy?"

I guess if I had to sum myself up in a few words those would be the words I choose, but I'll do my best to tell you a bit more about me.

In the simplest terms, I help busy people lose up to 20lbs in their first 6 weeks in my program so they can look better, feel better and live longer; without dangerous workouts or restrictive fad diets.

I'm a guy that just turned 42 (dated myself didn't I) that has been coaching fitness clients for over 20 years now, I've received multiple certifications and my degree in Fitness Management... so yeah, this isn't a hobby for me - it's what I do. 

In the last 9 years I have co-authored the International Best Selling book, Total Body Breakthroughs, I was featured in USA Today as a World Fitness Elite Trainer of the Year, as well as other local and national publications and sites...I love what do!

I've also continued to compete internationally in the sport of Kettlebell Lifting, won many medals and Championships at the national and international level, including the privilege of representing the USA 2 times at the World Championships.
