I guess if I had to sum myself up in a few words those would be the words I choose, but I'll do my best to tell you a bit more about me.

I'm a guy that just turned 40 (dated myself didn't I) that has been coaching fitness clients for about 20 years now, I've received multiple certifications and my degree in Fitness Management... so yeah, this isn't a hobby for me - it's what I do.

In this 28 day trial we incorporate both strength training and cardio, because every properly designed program NEEDS both.  We offer a customized Semi-Private Personal Strength Training sessions.  In these session you will learn proper weight training techniques to help strengthen all the major muscle groups in the body, including your core.  These sessions are designed specifically to ensure you build toned, lean muscle and don't get bulky.

Unlimited Metabolic Training Sessions

Our Metabolic training is just what you need to to ramp up your calorie expenditure and burn the fat off.  Our unique system use a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that will no doubt challenge you.   But, unlike other programs, this is not a cookie cutter workout, we fit the workout to you and your current fitness level.  We will never push you to the point of sickness or make you go faster at the expense of proper form like other gyms in Frisco, that just doesn't make sense and sets up for injury.
