BUILD - Individualized Strength Training
My R.P.M. System incorporates both strength training and cardio, because every properly designed program NEEDS both. But, unlike the cookie cutter programs, franchise, boot camps and exercise classes - We offer an individualized approach to Strength Training. You will learn proper weight training techniques to help strengthen all the major muscle groups in the body, including your core. My program is designed specifically to ensure you build toned, lean muscle and don't get bulky.
